School Policies
- No Outstation Cheques accepted. Cheques to be made in the name of " Sumka Sons Help Others Trust", Payable at Coimbatore. Returned Check fee will be 50 Rs. followed by cash payment for the replacement of Cheque.
- Drop-in time - Please drop the children at the Child Care center within the indicated time as the gates (outside access) will be restricted for outside users.
- Pick-up time - Please Pick-up the children from the child Care Center within the indicated time to avoid late pick-up fee.
- Half Day Pick-up - Children are expected to be picked by 1:30 PM at the latest to avoid late pick-up fee.
- Full Day Pick-up - Children are Expected to be picked by 5:30 PM at the latest to avoid late pick-up fee.
- Registration fee - This is a one time fee at the time of Admission and is non-refundable.
- Term Fee - We encourage parents to go with term Fee which will be 300 Rs. Less on the overall Annual Fee.
- Monthly Fee - We have this option for Parents who find this comfortable than the Term Fee. Please be noted a small fee of 25 Rs. Is included in the fee for the Administrative work.
- Late fee - To Avoid this fee, We Encourage Parents to be punctual in pick-up time as this will greatly help the staff to manage the children effectively.
- Activity - Special events, field trips and special programs will be charged on a per activity basis. You will be notified in advance of each activity or special event.
- Holidays - Center will be closed as per the Public Bank Holidays in the given year.
- Vacation - Summer Vacation is observed during the month of April and May. We conduct summer camps and Computer Education during this period.
