Activities
Childhood is a time for fun and learning. Children's minds are sharpened, energy channelized and potential fully developed through a variety of purposeful activities. At Early Impressions the total programme is Play Oriented. Through these play activities - children grow up making their own decisions and discoveries. Besides this, a climate of creativity is maintained throughout the year. Activities like painting, rhyming, singing, clay modelling, block building, fancy dress etc. are being organized in the school from time to time.
Activity books--"Pink Book and Pre-School Concepts"--have been specially written & designed by Dr. (Mrs.) B. Arora & Mrs. A. Sabharwal for our children. These books are tailor made for concept development and are full of exciting activities for our children using the rich material available.
School celebrates various functions like-Republic Day, Children's Day, Teachers Day, School Children's Birthdays and Festivals like-Diwali, Christmas, Lohri, Basant, Holi, Baisakhi, Rakhi, Janam Ashtami, Dussehra etc. to give the right concept and appreciation of our diverse culture. Thus, though American style yet our roots are embedded in the rich Indian Heritage. Birthday of the children are celebrated once in a month. Distribution of gifts is not permitted.
